Feeding Schemes
We have learned that for some, hope comes in the form of a bowl of soup or a bread roll. A large portion of what we do is centered around feeding the hungry.
We run a soup kitchen in the city center every week night where we feed up to 200 homeless people. We also supply another 70 township kitchens weekly with ingredients to feed their communities. Ordinarily we were serving in the region of 30 000 meals per month but since lockdown in March (a period of 8 months) we have served over 1,5 million meals to those in need.
By partnering with our feeding scheme your donation goes straight toward the purchasing of ingredients to help run the soup kitchen, which feeds hundreds of desperate men, women and children.
